its funny how they made white ppl out to be the bad guys but after they left the whole place turned into a shit hole lol. its crazy that the ppl that drove the whites out cause of racism or thinking the whites were taking advantage of them. are now trying to get the white ppl to come back rotflmao. if i were the whites i wouldn't wanna go back. My favorite part of this is when people think Ian Smith instituted apartheid laws let alone outwardly racist laws. Whites or blacks that didn’t own land couldn’t vote. Responsible government means having a real stake in your country and wanting it to succeed in all facets.

This is my view. White colonists went to Africa and set up a developed, sophisticated, European style of government there. Before that, the Africans had a completely different way of life. Then, the white colonialists left. Now, everyone complains that the Africans are not as good as running a sophisticated European style of government as the white colonialists were. The Africans were placed in an impossible position. They could, of course, have gone back to their original way of life. However, the people did not want that. What the people wanted was a sophisticated, European style of government run by Africans. Well, that was not likely to happen.
Zimbabwe is such a joke of a country. Bring back the old government, everyone was so much happier

Other than Palestinian propaganda, this is by far the worst rendition of history I've ever heard. Rhodesia as a colony existed from the mid-19th century; the British supported a communist government, although Rhodesia already had a black president and a black majority leadership. This was simply virtue signaling by the British government to protect their voting base. I'm sure if you're a story and you know all these things so you only live a little bit mostly left things out
