I think Dujuan intensified into a minimal typhoon today,PAGASA also upgraded it to a severe tropical storm, though they downgraded it quickly but they are optimistic that it'll again intensify into a severe tropical storm, GFS model is showing that it'll hold it's minimal typhoon status for another 5 hours & thereafter it'll started to weakening.

I never thinked that it'll intensify into cat 3, though I estimate that it'll intensify into a high end cat 2 Cyclone.
