🌀 The remnants of Tropical Storm Faida are expected to bring heavy rain to Madagascar and possibly Mozambique this week but currently pose no threat to South Africa.

⛈️ Back home, tropical moisture and a cold front will combine to bring scattered storms to central and eastern South Africa, with rainfall exceeding 50mm in some areas. Some storms may become severe, leading to hail, damaging winds, and heavy downpours.
