Cyclone Freddy just broke a WORLD RECORD for the longest-lived cyclone on earth...32 days and counting. It beat Hurricane and Typhoon John back in 1994. It may hang together for days and days to come. My thoughts are with those in Mozambique, as this system makes another landfall tomorrow.

Jamaica had some rain! It wasn't a lot and not everyone had it, but there were a few showers yesterday. The rain chance gets higher next week with a front moving in. I'll keep you posted!

We are optimistic about the possibility of some showers, based on the clouds formation over the island, and even a few passing showers in some parts...ie the hills of central and southwestern Jamaica.
