JOHANNESBURG – Tropical cyclone Dineo has been downgraded to a tropical depression after losing energy and intensity as it moved overland overnight.
Although weakened, the remnants of this storm will still be felt in parts of South Africa.
The northern and eastern parts of Limpopo, and the eastern parts of Mpumalanga will experience the greatest impact of the storm, with heavy rain expected over the next two days, where rainfall totals could exceed 100mm over 48 hours.
