COR3 heavy weather briefing for Tropical Storm Wutip

At 8 o’clock Thursday morning Guam was placed in Condition of Readiness 3 (COR3). This means that damaging winds of 39-57 miles per hour are expected within 48 hours. A Tropical Storm Watch is now in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan.
