Heavy rains, floods and the risk of landslides are hindering recovery efforts in Mozambique after the country was caught in a tropical cyclone. Thousands of people have relocated to government shelters or those that have been provided by international organizations. The severe flooding is also increasing river levels and increasing the risks of landslides.
