In tonight's tropical weather bulletin, it's relatively quiet with Marty's degeneration into a remnant low meaning that no TCs are active at this point of time. However that is expected to change as Invest 95E is developing in the Eastern Pacific and will likely become the fourteenth tropical storm of the season soon. Meanwhile in the Atlantic, three invests are present in the Atlantic with moderate or higher chances of development.
