Dude, friggan crazy. I watch Reed Timmer (meteorologists, storm chaser) as he live-streams while he intercepts tornadoes. The other day him and his bud were not having much luck with the tornadoes so they started flipping rocks and wood looking for snakes. You being my herping guy, starts chasing tornadoes. 🤘🤘🤘

That last blind earth snake heard the tornado siren and took cover. Those were gorgeous ratsnake's and they look well fed

Righteous about the blind snakes: "Commensal behavior has been observed with the eastern screech owl in which the owl carries live Texas blind snakes back to the nest, where the snakes help to clean the nest of parasites." Wikipedia

Great video, man! The tornadoes nearly hit us here in SW Missouri as well--we got forced into our storm shelter the other night. Rough Earth Snakes are SO COMMON out here-Bethany and I have probably seen over 100 in the past two or three weeks along with some Collared Lizards and other such glade critters. Great finds in the next video with the Lampropeltis, too. Keep up the solid work!
