Renewed attacks by armed groups in northern Mozambique have forced tens of thousands of people from their homes.
Fighting in the gas-rich province of Cabo Delgado began in 2017, when fighters affiliated with ISIL declared a campaign to establish a caliphate.

This stupidity of attacking fellow Africans in the name of islamic religion shows the rate of ignorance amongst ourselves. AU should form an African international police and be placed standby to boost any nation soldiers getting weak. All available resources should be used to fight terrorism in Nigeria, Niger, Somalia, Mozambique and others facing such cases
