This setup actually works as a transformer and a DC to AC converter which we can make with transistors and the simple thing is that the DC motor uses 12 volt and draws around 8 to 9 amp of current which results 96 watt of work and this 96 watt actually converts into AC voltage 220 volt and few milligrams of current but the main thing is the bulb uses only 9 watt or 7 watt of power that means this DC motor can easily turn on the bulb but it would be much better if this guy used a transformer to increase the voltage and a AC to DC sorry DC to AC converter to convert it to AC first and then to step down step up then to step up it to 220 volts
