How come the jihadists in Mozambique are well trained in a country that have been at peace for more than 10 years? Plus there is no war in neighbors countries. I also believe that African countries have been negligent at building there military, because there is no war between African countries so our government don't feel the need to build a strong army. They never think the enemy can come from outside of the continent.
