It is wrong to say 'nahi laga sakte'.. one can definitely do that. If the bike frame has the mount, rear disk brake can be attached and if the fork has disk caliper mount, front disk can also be attached. In many cases, bikes coming with V brakes and have these unused mounts. Additionally, if there is no mount in frame then rear disk cannot be attached. But by changing the fork, front disk can definitely be attached. Additionally, one needs to buy disk hubs, lever, caliper and rotor, the modification is 100% possible, I have done it many times as a bike veteran. Now the second question whether to fix mechanical disk or hydraulic disk, depends on how much one is willing to spend and very much possible...!

He says disc brakes are only for bicycles… but with today’s upgrades, even a bullock cart is ready for ABS! Next version comes with parking sensors and Bluetooth horns

But if you have a mechanical disc brake cycle you can very easily install hydraulic disc brakes and in super cheap person not super cheap you can install the best hydraulic brake which is shimano MT 200 in just 5k

Guys He forgot ro tell why you can't install hydraulic disc brakes just because the hub is not made for disc brakes and it that much powerful but of you want install Mechanical disc brakes in your Power (V) Brakes cycle you can but that doesn't give better performance
