The resources used to develop nuclear bombs could also be used to create bombs that can fight such winds…when it blows you bomb it up the two forces collide and the wind gets suppressed…it’s not done yet but we have the capacity to research based on how far we have come technologically…this Freddy guy could have been stopped at mid sea
