I don't think it's a C2 because just by looking at it's satellite presentation the storm looks definitely better and probably already a C3. And also the JTWC expecting Chido to peak as a C4.

IT'S A CATEGORY 4 140 miles per hour 940 Millibars (probably) 25 km² eye (For my calculations it has a mid-low chance of category 5 currently)
