Cleveland weather forecast: Look for warm St. Patrick's Day
Descrição
Here's your Cleveland weather forecast from Chief Meteorologist Betsy Kling:
Well, hello near 70 degrees and sunshine! Not a bad day to crack open the windows and let in some fresh air or step out and get some yourself. If you missed your opportunity today, we get another chance to do just that tomorrow!
St. Patrick's Day tomorrow is projected to be the warmest in over 5 years for Cleveland. Last year's high temperature was 61 degrees; meanwhile, we make a run near 70 for this year! If you're headed out for any festivities closer to the lakefront, don't stray away from bringing along a sweatshirt. You might be saying, why an extra layer if temperatures are near 70? Well, with calmer to light winds in place, a breeze off the lake has the potential to develop which could drop temperatures closer to the lake vs. inland.
The rest of the work week doesn't look too bad; however, rain chances start to pop up as Friday and the weekend approach. It won't be a washout of a weekend here, but it certainly won't be as nice as the past couple of days.
YOUR 3-DAY FORECAST:
TONIGHT: Mostly clear, light winds. Mid to upper-40s.
TOMORROW (St. Patrick's Day): Mix of sun and clouds, light winds, lake breeze possible. Upper 60s to near 70.
FRIDAY: A bit cooler. Rain moves in late. Mid 50s.
