When will it rain across the Caribbean? The dry pattern is locked in BUT that pattern will break down in two weeks. In the short-term, only isolated showers will be around. It will stay wet, however, in Guyana and Suriname. By early to mid-March, we'll see a more active pattern with at least the chance of scattered showers.
Severe Tropical Storm Freddy is moving into Mozambique. It will also bring rain to South African. I'll monitor it for you.
