In the Atlantic, a tropical wave over the Lesser Antilles is likely to dissipate later. However, four other areas of interest are still brewing - the most threatening of these is a potential tropical development in the Caribbean this weekend into next week.
Elsewhere, areas of interest could develop in the Sargasso Sea, near the Azores, and in the Eastern Atlantic.
In the Western Pacific, Tropical Depression Ofel (named by the Philippines) is about to clear the islands and move fully into the South China Sea. Ofel could still develop into a tropical storm before striking Vietnam.
In the Eastern Pacific, Tropical Depression Norbert is dying out for the second time near the coast of the Baja California Peninsula, Mexico.
In the North Indian Ocean, a tropical depression is about to emerge into the Arabian Sea. It could still be a significant rainfall threat for the western coast of India, which it traveled through earlier.

Fun fact: There were 4 named storms in the 2nd half of October in 2019’s Atlantic season, so watch out for the remainder of this season...
