HAWAIʻI - This news conference was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, when the storm was a Tropical Depression Fifteen-E. One hour later, at 11 a.m., the system became Tropical Storm Nolo. A Hurricane Watch has since been issued for Hawaiʻi County.

Newsom sure made Hawaii's Governor look shady. Mainland weather for hawaii gives a much lesser urgency their more worried about rain. Lot of news from different states seem to have different options about Nolo hitting Hawaii
