Tropical Storm likely to form near Puerto Rico tonight - PTC 06L Update 2

The next tropical storm is likely to be proclaimed in the Eastern Caribbean this evening, as an area of interest tightens up and gathers pace near Puerto Rico in the Caribbean Sea. The storm will probably make landfall in the Dominican Republic and weaken, but may strengthen again as it passes Cuba to the north and approaches Florida and the Gulf of Mexico.
