Tropical storm "Eloise" hits Antalaha Madagascar. Cataclysm a day.

The storm has already reached the coastal areas of Mozambique (between Angoche and Beira), where heavy rains are falling accompanied by gusty winds. On the already flooded coast of the large Mozambican city of Beira, it may collapse in the early morning of January 24
