Just sat around for Cat # 2 in Mexico, ( 1/2 mile from the beach ) piece of cake. Wind Rain, leaves, leaves and more leaves so we watched movie's all night stepping outside to see what all the BIG Hoopla Warnings were about? Neighbor had his BBQ going at 3 a.m. under his North Facing Balcony... 8 a.m. a ton of people standing out in the street drinking coffee laughing at the Mexican Government for Fear Mongering the citizens, curfew on Beer Sales, Curfew on Mini-Market Hours, 50 bucks for a sheet of Plywood lol and the Local Police warning citizens to stay off the streets. Anything less than a CAT 3 is nothing to be concerned about....only if your out swimming that is....
