Tropical cyclone Dineo makes landfall in Mozambique

Tropical cyclone Dineo has made landfall in Inhambane, Mozambique.
It's expected to unleash surface winds of up to 130 kilometres per hour causing much damage to coastal and inland infrastructure.
Warnings have also been issued for strong wind, heavy rain and possible flooding in Northern and Eastern KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga and Limpopo from Thursday into Saturday.
Disaster management plans are being implemented.
