Tom Tiffany, the Republican nominee for governor of Wisconsin, has agreed to one debate before the Nov. 3 election: Oct. 21 on WISN 12. He declined two others. This 22-minute cut collects what he has said in past debates, interviews and radio appearances from 2012 to 2026, in his own words.
