The Strangest Tornado I've Ever Chased

19/10/2026 · Freddy McKinney

Descrição

On August, 8th, 2023, I chased an incredible tornado near Yuma, Colorado. On the ground for nearly 30 minutes, this erratic tornado takes me on a wild adventure, as this crazy twister takes on one of the most bizarre tornado tracks ever documented.

it's all fun and games until the tornado starts chasing you instead

So the EF1/EF2 tornado spinned 3 times but when he wanted to give up when he didn't believe it would work he kept on coming back like "no I can do this" after he did again he then growed into a whole EF4/EF5 Wedge is that like a tornado exercise or something? 😂

This is hands down the best editing I've seen Freddy. Perfectly captures the abrupt transition from meteorological analysis to "HOLY CRAP TORNADO". You've outdone yourself.

tip: never stand close to a tornado(to the point you are in the dust cloud) as it is impossible to breathe inside a tornado(not just from pressure, but for some reason tornadoes are deprived of oxygen)
