The Scariest Night of My Life: The Enderlin EF5
Descrição
On June 20th, 2025, my friends and I chased the first EF5 tornado in 12 years near Enderlin, North Dakota, which tragically took the lives of three individuals. Moments after it dissipated, another tornado set down, putting several of us, including my dad, directly in its crosshairs.

12:56 Imagine being this person: you've just been hit by the first EF5 in over a decade, you mightve just lost EVERYTHING so you run outside, hoping that _someone_ is out there, close enough to see your desperate, wordless cry for help... ..._and you see headlights in the distance_ *AND THEY ACTUALLY COME HELP*

Rest in peace Michael, Katherine and Marcario. I feel deeply saddened by what nature can do. So many people lose their lives every day because of these things, and every single one of the deserves respect and love. My heart goes out to their family and friends. ❤

“There’s a flashlight out there.” Just seeing it out there in the pitch black with everything going on and you KNOW someone is out there is unnerving in a way that’s hard to describe. That landscape turns so inhospitable in an instant.

i always appreciate the brief pauses when the lightning illuminates night tornadoes so that we can actually see them a bit more

Being forced to abandon ongoing S&R because of a new sudden tornado is a real Yikes moment, great job keeping it together and staying smart when it got crazy. Same to John with knowing when to ditch the machine. Hats off to everyone involved with S&R. Insane video production, great job!

Thank you for including the stories of the ones who lost their lives in this tornado. To me, the memory of those who are lost is one of the most important things in this world.

Huge respect for going over the legacy of those who lost their lives to the tornado, lot of other chasers are so focused on getting views and the perfect shot they usually neglect the lives impacted.
