Storm To Hit UK This Weekend!

06/09/2026 · Storm Chaser Nodrog

Descrição

A low-pressure system is gaining strength over the Atlantic and is expected to make its way toward the UK from Sunday night into Monday, bringing with it heavy rainfall and strong winds. While the exact intensity of the gales remains uncertain at this point, current weather models indicate that gusts could reach 60 mph or more in certain areas, particularly in West Wales, southwest England, and parts of northwest England. Additionally, the western coasts of Ireland and the southern regions of the Republic of Ireland are likely to experience robust winds as the potential named storm 'Amy' approaches, moving into the English Channel and the North Sea later on Monday. Residents in these areas should prepare for potentially severe weather conditions and stay updated on forecasts as the situation develops.

In this episode I'll have a look at the impact areas and early forecast.
