Remember Cyclone Guambe: Path Forecast, Mozambique Cyclone 18 Feb 2021 Pt 1
Descrição
Cyclone Gwambe, ironically named after King Gwambe of the Kalanga-Changamire dynasty, appeared to fall on a path forecast realistically close to the trek of the Gwambe people from their entry, and stay in Mozambique to their movement South of Mozambique before its colonisation by the Portuguese.
Gwambe left the Great Zimbabwe area of Dangangombe, home to Changamire's Gulukhulu bloodline and baboon totem, to settle at Manyikeni stone enclosure in central Mozambique. Gwambe later moved South from his capital in Northern Inhambane to greater Chopiland, and Southern Gazankulu. Some Gwambe descendants occupied, and continue to occupy, parts of North Eastern Limpopo Park and Kruger Park periphery.
