A category 3 Cyclone Freddy is predicted to hit Queensland’s north this week. Senior meteorologist Jonathan How says Cyclone Freddy is not expected to make landfall but the tropical low pressure system will be present along the Coral Sea and make its way down the Queensland coast over the next few days. It will bring strong to gale force winds but not much rain.
