I’ve been taking Wegovy for the past 4 months and have had absolutely side effects. I’ve finally been able to lose weight, reduce my cholesterol, and feel overall healthier. Not saying it’s a medication for everyone, but getting the proper blood work, having regular check-ins with your doctor, eating healthy, and exercise, the meds can be lifesaving for many.

No medication is for everyone. I think a lot of people don’t understand you have to drink plenty of water and increase protein every day at least 8-10 glasses of water. Protein shakes or protein drinks. Take your shot after a healthy meal on a full stomach to help alleviate the nausea. I think a lot of people eat too much then thy throw up and feel nauseous. You have to eat in small portions and if you don’t feel like eating don’t. It’s all in moderation and know your body if you try the smallest dose and you get ill you know it’s not for you.
