While in the capital, Mochakk also hosted a workshop and with Bridges For Music, a charity cultivating grass roots music and artists, inspiring the next generation of Mozambique's DJs and producers. In keeping with supporting local talent - this Mixmag Lab was also shot and edited by a local team. We spent a week with Mochakk in the Mozambique capital to capture his story through the latest cover feature and a short documentary highlighting his journey so far, also shot and edited by a local video team in Maputo. We spent a week with Mixmag's Cover Star in the Mozambique capital of Maputo - a trip all about giving back to the music community. This Mixmag Lab, filmed by a local video team at the intimate, 100-capacity community venue X Hub is an incredible journey through deep, jazzy, soulful house. Plateia mais linda num role de house que ja vi, todos 100% presentes, todos com ritmo, o sorrisso dessas garotas com esse som fino ecoando no role.
