We recently visited the Maputo Fish Market, Mozambique. It was a fantastic and unique experience, we picked our own fresh seafood from the market and walked across to the restaurants and seating area, to have it prepared and enjoy. We were also lucky enough to get a behind the scenes look at how it is prepared. Very grateful for the kindness of the lovely people who were willing to share this with us. If you are in the area, it’s definitely a must visit and experience and a way to support the locals directly. And a bonus you get to enjoy yummy seafood at a fraction of the price.
