Likely TS Kammuri nearing Guam

The system near Guam continues to grow stronger today, likely will pass south of Guam as a tropical storm. Gale warnings are already in place for the American island chain as well. Not a full on terrible typhoon for the island but it is going to be a pretty messy Wednesday in to Thursday there. Meanwhile the verdict is still not out on how the storm will develop post Guam. A passing trough to the north could turn it back out to sea yet it may not and the storm will still on a westerly track. Thus I'm still not confident in saying the Philippines will be impacted just yet given these high amounts of influences on this storm in the long range forecast. I explain why in this video.
