Heavy wind and rain in Mozambique as cyclone Freddy hits for a second time

Heavy rains and winds batter parts the city of Quelimane in Mozambique as Tropical Cyclone Freddy hits the country for the second time in two weeks. The cyclone killed at least one person and displaced dozens of others overnight, according to a first report by local authorities.
