In my predictions for Eloise is 65 mph and 990 mbar before landfall in Madagascar and 145 mph in Mozambique channel. No threat for Mozambique.

I think the CDPS should be slightly higher due to the rainfall. Expesscaly in the region Eloise is impacting, the rain will cause flooding and mudslides. In my opinion, I would say this should be a 4 on the CDPS.
