Discussion on tropical Cyclone Eloise hitting Mozambique

At least 4 people died after Tropical Cyclone Eloise hit Mozambique. Eloise brought rain and powerful winds of around 130 kilometres per hour. The victims died in the worst-hit port city of Beira.
