Disappointment as MSF prepares to hand its operations in Beira, Mozambique: Sipho Kekana reports

As Doctors Without Borders enter the last two years of their stay in Beira in Mozambique, one of the beneficiaries of their humanitarian work has lamented the fact that the "good Samaritans" will soon be packing up and leave.

Juliana Binda, a 48-year-old mother of one, lived with constant illnesses.

She was admitted to Beira Central Hospital, and diagnosed with advanced HIV.

She says had it not been for the intervention of Doctors Without Borders she wouldn't be alive.
