In Mozambique, history and dance are intertwined. The journey of the two can be seen through the eyes of the late legendary Mapiko dancer Atanásio Nyusi and the country's people. The Sound of Masks: Mapiko is a traditional masked dance performed by the Makonde men of Northern Mozambique.
