Cyclone Idai is stalling off the western coast of Madagascar, and remains a dangerous wind and rain threat tonight, and later this week when it could impact Mozambique as a devastating Category 4 storm.
Rainfall of 350mm is possible over Mozambique and Malawi, who are already dealing with 28 deaths and 124 injuries from the precursor to this storm.

It's funny how in the last update the CTCX called for Category 5 but now they aren't even going for Category 1, it's just going for a mere TS lol.

I would say it’s about 75 MPH now, it is forming an eye and the waters are warm.

Well now it has an eye. Calling 80 on it at the moment. We’ll see what happens, but it won’t be good.
