😅 omg we can't even run a clinic or a fire department how do you expect to do disaster management. If you LISTEN to what this guy is saying then add common sense then what do get. "Once we expect a rainy day" Sir your not GETTING a little rain but a CYCLONE.... GO SA. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Mpumalanga must also be aware that weather changes daily and or hourly meaning what is anticipated by weather watchmen may change as it will dissipate immediately after making its land fall, moister feeds the storm and supercharges it but without enough moister the system tends to die of and turn to only rain...….
