Cyclone Dineo - Update 3 (February 15, 2017)

Cyclone Dineo is intensifying, and is on the verge of becoming the first hurricane strength storm of the year as it closes in on Mozambique, with yellow alerts now in effect for the country's coastlines. The storm is likely to make landfall with hurricane force winds on Wednesday night, and dissipate quickly on Thursday over Mozambique or South Africa.
