Cyclone Dineo over Mozambique - Update 5 (16/02/2017, 03:00 UTC)

Cyclone Dineo hasn't weakened much since making landfall ten hours ago, and is likely to weaken more quickly in the next 24 hours as it approaches South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. The storm may even survive into Namibia over the weekend as a remnant low. Flood Warnings are now in effect for northeastern parts of South Africa, and a Red Warning remains in effect for Mozambique.
