Frases que uso para conversar com os vendedores do Ebay:

1) Produto não chegou:
Hello, do not take any action yet. The product has not arrived yet, but let's wait a few weeks for it to arrive. Do not worry, as soon as the product arrives, I will close the request.
I only sent this message to maintain a communication channel, since in the past I had some products that I bought from other sellers and that never arrived, and for not having warned in time, I was never refunded. Usually products from China to Brazil takes 60 to 120 days to arrive. Do not worry, as soon as the product arrives, I will close the request. If the product doesn't arrive within a few weeks I will contact you again. Thank you!

2) Está acabando o prazo:
Unfortunatelly the product did not arrived yet...
I would wait more, but the Ebay support ends soon. Can you make a refund, and I will contact you if the product arrive, and give you the money back someway. What's your mind? I'm waiting for your message, ok?

3) O produto chegou depois de você receber o reembolso:
Hi, finally the package arrived. How can I Refund you, since you have refunded me? Can I Buy another product and you dont send it? do you have a paypal account that I can send money to you? If yes, send me your account info.
