Cleveland area weather forecast: Temperatures on the rise!

Your 6 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Oct. 20, 2022: The system that's brought us days and days of unseasonably cool temperatures as well as lake rain/snow showers is peacing out of here today. The cloud cover will seemingly linger through the rest of the day until we hit late this evening. On top of the cloud cover, a little wave of energy (still associated with the same larger system) could produce a few showers this evening. The bulk of us will stay dry; however, I wouldn't rule out a shower or two especially closer to our lakeshore counties.
By tomorrow, the clouds will have thinned (most of this happening overnight) leading to a mostly sunny end to a chilly workweek. While tomorrow morning will still be cool, it won't be as cold as this morning was. In fact, this morning's temperatures were cold enough to mark the end of our growing season. We won't see freeze warnings/frost advisories issued until spring (aka marking the beginning of a growing season). Anyways, we'll start cool tomorrow but warmer than today. High temperatures tomorrow will top near our average high of 62 degrees. Also, tomorrow will be a touch breezy. Prep the extra layer and sunglasses.
