Cleveland area weather forecast: Mild days, chilly nights

Skies will remain bright this afternoon just in time for the Game 1 of the ALDS. Temperatures will be in the low 60s at the lakeshore, upper 60s for inland areas.

All weekend long the fabulous fall weather will continue. Our next front will drop in after sunset Sunday evening. Northwest winds will return Sunday night.

This will set things up Monday to be the coolest day of the week. Afternoon highs will struggle to make it out of the 50s at the lake. Inland locations will need to bring in the plants that are cold-sensitive Monday night. Daybreak temperatures will be just above freezing Tuesday. Patchy frost will be likely.
