Warning:                                                                                                                                                 As of 1AM Sunday 17th March 2019 (3AM Zimbabwe and Mozambique time).  Serious amounts of rain are potentially yet to arrive in the Chimanimani region.  50mm per hour for maybe 10 to 24 hrs.  Cyclone precipitation rain clouds still east of the Mozambique Zimbabwe mountainous border. Most water looks to fall in non inhabited areas.  But very swollen torrential rivers may arrive at Machanga delta region which has low altitude villages 20 to 26ft above sea level.  Buzi also on the river Buzi just SSW of Beira.  River Save looks as if it may become very dangerously swollen.  Maybe the Birchenough Bridge is already gone.              Reports: report over 100 people killed.              Posted at 01:58AM GMT UTC (01:58 Zimbabwe and Mozambique time).
