Can charge a Mac but not for long. Race between who wins first starts, whether it will overheat fast or power banks battery drops to 0 first. However simultaneously charging 3 devices (if none of them is a MAC) simultaneously works just fine.

Ive just returned one for not charging even half as much as stated. It couldnt even charge my phone once without draining itself completely. Ill admit it was fast but it just wasnt worth it

Is the laptop chargin the Anker? Or is the Anker charging to laptop? You should zoom out farther so it is clear how the overall setup is.

Make sure your power banks have 3C certification signified by a circled CCC in the specs on the side of the battery for safety.

Really cool I have multiple Anker batterys but just say it's only 12,000 to 14,000 mah because if you didn't know when you buy a 20k mah battery pack due to voltage conversion, energy loss and heat and circuitry resistance and cable resistance too you only realistically get around 12k to 14k of useable power so around 2.5 charges on a phone with 4,500 mah on average, can be more can be slightly less just depends on the environment and the cable and oc your battery in your device your charging, keep this in mind!
